I started out as a Tableau guy back in the day. At my first job out of school I had a couple of projects in Power BI. I fell in love immediately. With 2x the functionality, 1/2 the learning curve, and a price point of $0 compared to Tableau’s starting desktop license of $840, how are these two products even comparable?

However, as I began to work on these projects, I realized that nothing looked quite as nice as Tableau unless I put in hours and hours of effort to make something look amazing. I found that amateur Power BI dashboards looked terrible compared to amateur Tableau dashboards. But as I got more proficient in Power BI, there was no question that a professional, beautiful Power BI dashboard was better than anything Tableau could ever come up with.

So I decided that the best way to help those like me was to build this site and sell the most stunning, easy-to-use Power BI templates on the market.
